This has become my favorite place to get Thai food in Redding. Although they have a small sit down area in the market, I'd definitely do take out. They are always quick with having your food ready and the food is legit. I've tried both the pad thai and pad see ew, which are yummy. However, it's their green curry that blew me out of the water - it is so tasty! If you love green curry, you definitely have to try the one at Kanya. I wasn't expecting it to be so good since their noodle dishes have been good, but nothing spectacular. However, their green curry is my favorite in Redding and makes me want to try out their other curries.

Amazing as always. The curry with peanut sauce was piping hot and amazing flavour. Potatoes are soft like balls of love smooshing between your teeth. The onions are strips of juicy flavour just waiting for you to slurp them up in the peanut-coconut-curry concoction. This meal was made with love. Service is friendly no matter time of day. The tempura was also piping hot and fresh, delicious. Do yourself a favour and eat here, thank k me later.

Delicious food!! So tasty and fresh and definitely a hidden gem! Some items run very spicy-so ask if you're sensitive. Also a big selection of Asian grocery market items. Don't be fooled by the exterior...go on and enjoy some truly good food!

Love this place! Their pad Thai is the best in redding, it's super flavorful compared to every where else I've tried. I also love that they are both a restaurant and oriental market, super convenient. They have super friendly staff also.
